There is a new type of millionaire home buyer in Auckland who seems to prefer seclusion to grand displays of wealth. Such are now seeking out homes in Victoria Avenue, Remuera - the ones that are hidden from the street. Victoria Avenue runs from Remuera Road to Shore Road, and it is currently rated as one of the "Top 5 Addresses" for wealthy New Zealanders.
