“Quiet cul-de-sac a short walk from Mt Eden shops with a wonderful neighbourly vibe!” (has lived here)

Tenterden Avenue is a great street. Not only do we live in a beautiful house but we have also enjoyed fantastic neighbours. We hold an annual petanque competition, progressive dinner parties and other gatherings throughout the year to enjoy and socialise with our neighbours. If this isn't your cup of tea you can still enjoy the protective surroundings that our street offers and know that your neighbours will look out for you and your property.

The houses in the street are all built around the same era so the buildings harmonise to enhance our surroundings. We live in a transitional villa with beautiful pressed steel ceilings and large rooms and really enjoy our living conditions and surroundings. I can't see us ever moving but all I can say to others is make sure you keep an eye on places for sale in our street because it's a wonderful place to live!!
