“Epsom’s Dress Circle” (visited the area)

Easy access from the motorway and well maintained tree lined streets and houses in the million dollar range. Close to all amenities like doctors, schools, shops, etc. Straight run into the city with bus connections close by. Difficult to purchase real estate as residents seem long term investors, a very sought after area as it is zoned for Epsom Girls Grammar School.
